DELIVERY

  • Philippine-wide Standard Shipping

Your order will be processed and delivered within 2 - 3 business days. Orders are processed on business days only: Monday through Friday excluding weekends and public holidays. If your order is placed over the weekend or a public holiday, it will be processed the next business day. Standard shipping fee of P250 applies.

  • Provincial (Visayas and Mindanao)

Your order will be processed and delivered within 3 - 5 business days. Orders are processed on business days only: Monday through Friday excluding weekends and public holidays. If your order is placed over the weekend or a public holiday, it will be processed the next business day. Standard shipping fee of P450 applies.

  • International

Your order will be processed and delivered within 5 - 7 business days. Orders are processed on business days only: Monday through Friday excluding weekends and public holidays. If your order is placed over the weekend or a public holiday, it will be processed the next business day.

You will receive an email with your tracking number to view the progress. Please note international shipments can incur customs or import duties and taxes once they reach their destination. As the recipient, you are liable for these charges in order to release the shipment. We are unable to estimate what these will be, so it is best that you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

DELIVERY DETAILS

  • We deliver Philippine-wide and Internationally.
  • All packages within Metro Manila are via Grab Express and Lalamove. Provincial and nationwide is via LBC. International orders are shipped via DHL. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping notification via email informing you of your tracking number which you can use to track your order.
  • Please ensure you provide the correct contact number and delivery address in order to receive your order. If your details are incorrect, Deliver Deliver Daily does not assume responsibility for loss of any package.

DELIVERY TERMS

  • Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during sale or holiday season when it may take up to 3 days for shipments to be dispatched.
  • We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential delays in delivery. 
  • In the event that an order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, or if unclaimed, the full shipping charge for redelivery will be shouldered by the customer. To avoid delays, please make sure that a representative is available at the stipulated delivery address during working hours to receive the package.
