RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

  • We allow size and product exchanges for full-priced products only--subject to stock availability. Strictly no returns or refunds.
  • SALE purchases are final and strictly non-exchangeable items. 
  • Promo codes do not apply to sale items and can only be used on full-priced items.
  • Please contact us at deliverdeliverdaily@gmail.com to notify us of exchange within 48 hours (Philippines) of receiving the item. For international orders please notify us within 5 days of receiving the item. After 2 days (Philippines) and 5 days (international) of receipt, we are unable to accept returned goods. Once confirmation is sent to you with an exchange form, returns can be sent to this address:

  • All exchanges must be returned securely packaged with our returns form within 7 working days from receipt of package.
  • All items for exchange must be in the same brand new condition that you've received it--unworn, unwashed with all tags and garment bags still intact.
  • Returned items that are received in unsatisfactory conditions will not be eligible for exchange. Customers will be held responsible for items lost in the return process.
  • Customer is responsible for all costs of exchange. Exchange of item should be done using a trackable shipping method. All shipping costs are non-refundable. 

REFUND POLICY

  • All Deliver Deliver Daily items has been inspected and quality controlled before shipping. The store strictly abides by a “No Refund” policy except when an incorrect item has been dispensed or if shopper has indisputable proof of factory defect. Please email us at deliverdeliverdaily@gmail.com your concerns and we will give counsel from there.
  • Merchandise valid for refund needs to returned securely packaged with our refund form within 7 days from receipt of item. Please send returns to:
